[Abstract] The present invention relates to a completely biodegradable film and to a method of blow-molding using an electromagnetic dynamic extruder or a conventional blow-molding machine. Specifically, a ternary composite plasticizer system and a reinforcing agent that can be fully biodegradable using starch-polycaprolactone-EAA, glycerin and an EVA compatibilizer, and a polyester polyol cold resistant agent are used. After the blending reaction, the pellets are blown to form a film. It has the mechanical properties of ordinary polyethylene film, its temperature resistance, weather resistance and water resistance is better than the original Italian Meter-Bi. It can be completely degraded by microorganisms in about half a year. Its use range is close to that of polyethylene film. Fully degradable packaging materials such as shopping bags, garbage bags and other packaging or bedding films, and mulch films.
